I. slurry pump fails to start
At the beginning, the power supply environment should be checked: whether the discussion is continuous and reliable; whether the switch contacts closely; whether the fuse is blown; whether the three-phase power supply is lack of proportionality. In case of open circuit, poor contact, fuse fusing and phase loss, the cause shall be found out and the repair shall be carried out in real time;
Secondly, check whether it is the mechanical failure of the pump itself. The common reasons are: the packing is too tight or the impeller and the pump body are blocked by debris; the pump shaft, bearing and leakage reducing ring are rusted; the pump shaft is strained and bent, etc. Methods of breaking: easy filling, dredging the water diversion tank; disassembling the pump body to remove debris and rust; disassembling the pump shaft for correction or replacing with a new pump shaft.
